Patterns of Holiness

Mother Teresa used to pass out "business cards" that had her name on it and:
The fruit of silence is prayer,
The fruit of prayer is faith,
The fruit of faith is love,
The fruit of love is service,
The fruit of service is peace.

This was her idea of a "pattern of holiness" that we were to connect in our own daily lives.

We are called continually to enter into unity with Our God, that we may know Peace, Shalom.

It becomes real easy to get hung up along the way and never get there. But the promise is unity and peace; and we are to know the fullness of the promise even now, if we know how to look, and how to bear fruit.
